Volleyball Specific Weight Training

One-on-one or small group private sessions provide athletes the opportunity to step away from a team setting and grow as an individual.  These training sessions are goal-oriented, and custom-tailored for growth around the athlete's specific needs and desires. Available in 1-hour and 2-hour sessions for up to 5 people. Training packages are available for 4, 8, 12, and 16 Sessions.

All athletes can attest that no one knows their difficulties better than themselves.  During the initial session, the athlete is going to be asked a series of questions, focused mainly on where they would like to improve and grow. It is through this individualized training that our coaches are able to dedicate one on one time, watching, critiquing, encouraging, and focusing on the athlete's strengths and weaknesses. Sessions will concentrate on building strength, increasing endurance, boosting vertical, and developing overall athletic power.
